2HP Spirulina Harvesting Machine is the most critical part of microalgae production, at low concentration of 0.05% and the size of the Spirulina being microscopic its painful to harvest. The issue with existing solutions are:

Our low electricity drum based harvesting system, makes sure your Spirulina is gently harvested without any human interference or damage. Power consumption is very minimum at 1 unit of power per 50000 liters of culture processed, which is 80% lesser than others. Low power consumption, zero labor and very low maintenance cost reduces your operational expense to almost nothing. It has CIP (clean in place) for ease of cleaning as well.
We have built models from as low to high capacity. The harvesting system comes with in built slurry washing and re-concentration as well. The out put of the harvester is a thick flowing slurry that is fed to our final dewatering system.
